Single And Multiple Room Renovations

  1. Contact us by phone or email.

  2. Set a date and time for an quote.

  3. We come to your residence and get your ideas for the renovation. We will have material and digital samples that will help make your decision easier.

  4. We return and do our homework to find you the best material and the lowest cost to you.

  5. Your approval is required by signing the material acceptance work approval form.

  6. You purchase the material and have them available for us to install, or we purchase the material and bring them to install. (There is an additional charge for us to purchase the material plus 100% of the material cost up front prior to installation.)

  7. Area to be renovated should be free of furniture prior to our arrival.

  8. On the scheduled start date we come and start the removal of the old material and prepare the area for the new installation.

  9. Installation will begin after old material removal is complete.

  10. After 3/4 of the renovation is completed, half of the remaining balance will be due.

  11. After renovation is complete, a walk through and final payment will be due.

Decks/Outdoor Kitchens/Outdoor Fireplaces/Stone Patio

  2. Set a date and time for a quote.

  3. We come to your residence and get your ideas for the renovation or new layout. For new install, we draw up the layout in accordance with city ordinances.

  4. We return and do our homework to find you the best material and lowest cost to you.

  5. Your approval is required by signing the material acceptance and work approval form. Once approved, we will provide layout to city for the building permit. (The cost of the building permit will be due up front prior to installation.)

  6. You purchase the material and have them available for us to install, or we purchase the material and bring them to install. (There is an additional charge for us to purchase the material plus 100% of the material cost up front prior to installation.)

  7. If this is a renovation of an existing deck, outdoor kitchen, outdoor fireplace, or stone patio, we will begin the removal of old material and prepare area for new installation.

  8. If this is a new layout, we will prepare the approved areas for the new installation.

  9. Installation of new material will begin.

  10. After 3/4 of the renovation is completed, half of the remaining balance will be due.

  11. After project is complete, a walk through and final payment will be due.
